
I have a binging problem. I eat even when i'm not even hungry! I eat everything: fruits, veggies, junks (A great amount too!)
It's pretty weird actually. I can drop 5 pounds in a week but i always end up gaining back those extra weight. My weight's been fluctuating these past few months. I'm on the edge of being overweight. My BMI is 24.6 right now, !26lbs @ 5ft. I wanna shed some weight not only to look better, but feel better/healthier also. I can't see to get down the 120 mark though, because of my serious binging business.
Is there anyways to reduce the binging?
